Unique Dental Scheduling (UDS) is excited to rollout another tool as part of our commitment to great customer service which is our commitment to radical transparency. Moving forward, a new icon will be available for each call records that will take you to a AI Summary and Transcription pop-up:

The AI Summary and Transcription pop-up will feature a short summary of what happened on the call plus a general transcript of the call showing the UDS agents and the caller back and forth.
While no transcription is perfect, this will be a great tool for both the UDS QA team and our clients to quickly gather information about a call as needed. And this feature is being added at no cost to continue to create as much possible value from the UDS service for our clients.

It is also important to note that the AI process is taking place securely within the UDS servers and summarized via an internal model meaning no data is ever sent to an external source or used for any purposes other than the client portal transcription and summary.
Another exciting use for this is the ability to see Spanish calls summarized in English and the ability to view a conversation originally held in Spanish on the phone as an English transcription using Chrome’s translation features.
